The steps to follow are easy. First you have to log in to a Windows device that has the app.
- Start the app
- See configuration> store
- In the synchronization section, click on login.
Automatically log in with the device’s Microsoft account. it may request you authorization to know your email, to be able to give assistance about licenses if there is a problem. As soon as the login is completed, licenses that you have will be synchronized.
Other platforms
- Start the app
- Go to shop section
- Log in with the Microsoft account that you have used in Windows.
Once the process has been completed, the status of the licenses will be synchronized.
